House pricing statistics from the Office for National Statistics (ONS) are now available!

This data set includes the following measures:

• Number of residential property sales
• Median price paid
• Mean price paid
• Lower quartile price paid
• Thenth percentile price paid

Each of these is broken down into:

• All house types
• Detached houses
• Semi-detached houses
• Terraced houses
• Flats/maisonettes

The data is available for Wards, Local Authorities (both district and county level), Regions and England.

We provide the indicators on a quarterly basis from Q1-2014 onwards. The latest available date is Q4-2016. The ONS provide yearly data updates and we expect the next update to be in December 2017.
