It is advised that you read the <a href=\"https:\/\/help.instantatlas.com\/instantatlas-desktop\/en\/welcome\/desktop-user-guide\/the-instantatlas-designer\/\">Designer <\/a>and <a href=\"https:\/\/help.instantatlas.com\/instantatlas-desktop\/en\/welcome\/desktop-user-guide\/the-instantatlas-excel-data-manager\/\">Excel Data Manager<\/a> sections of the InstantAtlas Desktop User Guide prior to reading this guide.<\/p>\n<p>It is possible to display the name of the selected geography, theme, indicator and date in chart axis labels by adding substitution variables into the configuration file \u2018X Axis Label\u2019 and \u2018Y Axis Label\u2019 properties . For the &#8216;MetadataElement&#8217; you can choose any variable names (apart from those reserved variables that are already used for other purposes).
