This page describes specific settings for the Time Series Table widget. Note that generic widget settings are described on the Widget Generic Settings page, so if you cannot find the setting you are looking for check there too.

Layout

Auto-adjust columns

Choose whether column widths should auto-adjust when the data table is resized or not.

Row header width

Choose the size for the header width. This can be used for example to create more space for long feature or indicator names.

Auto-width

Choose whether the data table should automatically use the full width available to it.

Use headers in rows

Choose whether to use headers in rows in the data table. You can remove headers to simplify your table layout in some cases.

Sort features by name

Choose whether you want to sort features in the data table or not. This setting will be greyed out if the table is only showing data for one area.

Include dates

Choose whether the table shows common dates only or all dates if there are multiple indicators are selected for the table.

Date ordering

Choose whether dates are ordered with most recent last or first.

Row grouping

Choose whether table rows are grouped by feature or indicator.

Text & Labels

Cell data format

Type a format for the data values that will show in the table cells. You can use this to add symbols/text after the numerical values e.g. ‘#VAL%’ if you want to show a % symbol after a number.

Cell data format – comparisons

Type a format for the values that will show in the table cells for data for comparison features.

Indicator labels

Type a format for the indicator labels in the data table. Refer to the Variables page for information on the possible values.

Date & time format

Type a format for the date & time labels in the data table. Refer to the Variables page for information on the possible values.

Top left label

Type some text that will be displayed in the top left cell of the data table.

Date label format

Type a format for the date labels.  Refer to the Variables page for information on the possible values.

Styling

Cells – right align numbers

Use this toggle to choose whether numbers should be right-aligned or not

Table – border style

Choose a border style for the data table.

Table – border width

Choose a border style for the data table. This setting will be greyed out if Table – border style is ‘not-set’.

Table – border color

Choose a border color for the data table. This setting will be greyed out if Table – border style is ‘not-set’.

Collapse borders

Use this toggle to choose whether the data table borders should be collapsed or not.

Metadata & Links

Metadata links

Choose whether to show metadata links in the data table and if so, whether they should use text and/or an image.

Link rul

Type the URL to be used when the metadata link is clicked. This setting will be greyed out if Metadata links is set to ‘none’.

Link text

Type the text to be used in the metadata link. This setting will be greyed out if Metadata links is set to ‘none’.

Link tooltip

Type the tooltip to be used for the metadata link. This setting will be greyed out if Metadata links is set to ‘none’.

Image url

Type the image URL to be used for the metadata link. This setting will be greyed out if Metadata links is set to ‘none’.

Image width

Type or use the arrows to set the width of the image to be used for the metadata link. This setting will be greyed out if Metadata links is set to ‘none’.

Image height

Type or use the arrows to set the height of the image to be used for the metadata link. This setting will be greyed out if Metadata links is set to ‘none’.

Image position

Choose the position of the image relative to the text used in the metadata link. This setting will be greyed out if Metadata links is set to ‘none’.
