How To Share InstantAtlas Dynamic Reports

InstantAtlas dynamic reports can be shared in a number of ways. The most common one is to upload it to a web server to publish the dynamic report to the Internet or Intranet.

To do this the complete report folder should be copied to the web server, without renaming or removing any of its content. Afterwards you can create a link on any of your web pages to the atlas.html file such as this:

<a href=”./myreport/atlas.html” target=”_blank”>View Report</a>

When the link is clicked by an end user the report will open in a new browser window or tab.

Alternatively you might want to embed the report into an existing web page rather than just linking to it. Information on how to do this can be found in the support article ‘How to Embed InstantAtlas Reports into Web Pages’.

InstantAtlas dynamic reports can work offline and can therefore also be distributed via email (it is advised to add all report files into a zip-archive first) or on a data storage medium such as CDs or USB drives.
