IA National Data Service – July 2017 Data Update

Population Estimates for 2016 for Local Authorities and above and Council Tax statistics from the Valuation Office Agency are now available!

Council Tax statistics

This data set includes the following measures:

  • Number of all properties
  • Properties in council tax band A
  • Properties in council tax band B
  • Properties in council tax band C
  • Properties in council tax band D
  • Properties in council tax band E
  • Properties in council tax band F
  • Properties in council tax band G
  • Properties in council tax band H
  • Properties in council tax band I

For each council tax band we provide the count and rate (percent of all properties) figures.

The data is available for LSOA, Wards, Local Authorities (both district and county level), Regions and England for 2015, 2016 and 2017.

The Valuation Office Agency provide yearly data updates and we expect the next update to be end of June 2018.

Population Estimates for 2016 for Local Authorities and above

This data set mirrors the same indicators as the the population estimates for 2015 and earlier with the exception that the 2016 figures are not yet released for LSOA and Wards.
