• Fix for importing data from a feature service where only indicators with >= 2 dates were shown
• Fix for metadata insert/update and ability to add instance-level metadata

• Fix so that an item_order value is assigned even when indicators are added to the catalog one-by-one
• Checks added to prevent importing data from a hosted layer that does not match the core layer selected at the time of import
