IA Report Builder – 21 August 2018 Release Notes

The latest version of Report Builder (v 1.9.14) is out now!

This version includes a number of minor changes and bug fixes.

Minor changes

  • Fix for a bug that prevented zooming in on Web Map widget when the active feature’s ID was numeric, not textual
  • Fix for a bug that prevented click/open from index map when the active feature’s ID was numeric, not textual
  • Fix for text widgets “double escaping” already escaped HTML content (e.g. getting & in tag attributes when & is all that was required)
  • Tweak to legend size in full-screen-map index page so that short legends don’t have lots of whitespace following them
  • New functionality for Web Map widget to allow tooltips to use “core” feature data available in the layer, e.g. the below Web Map uses a map tooltip format of “{Accident_Severity} accident on {NAME}, {Number_of_Vehicles_Involved} vehicles”.
  • Same custom tooltip functionality applied to index map for a report (new options in Pages > Display > Index Page dialog)
