The latest version of Report Builder (v 1.9.17) is out now!

This version includes a major bug fix to do with mixing different indicator values in text widgets. We have also made it more user-friendly to set up palettes and have included a few other minor improvements and bug fixes.

Significant bug fix

Mixing #ILVALUE{datastore:X} and #IVALUE{datastore:X,1,<date>} and #ILVALUE{datastore:Y} in the same text widget no longer causes issues.

Minor improvements

• When choosing or editing a colour palette, the actual colours are now displayed instead of the hexadecimal values. Hexadecimal values can be made visible by clicking the small cogwheel icon in the top right corner.
  
• The new button opens a colour palette building tool to simplify chart palette creation:
• The Chart Palette Colours dialog of the global report setting has gained options to apply a background and text/axis colour for all charts of the report:

Minor bug fixes

• Right-clicking on widgets that are embedded in text boxes now correctly shows the menu for the embedded widget, not the text box.
• Fix to correctly lock editors out of certain tasks/buttons when editing a public report that is not their own
• It is again possible to delete a report from the Report Settings & Actions pane on the edit page.
