Key Bug Fixes

• It is again possible to display confidence limits (‘ul’ and ‘ll’) in the comparison table using the reserved names ‘upperLimit’ and ‘lowerLimit’
• Decimal places for confident limits in data table, comparison table and the bar chart tooltips are now showing correctly.

Upgrading to 6.7.11 HTML Templates (applies to customers only)

Prerequisites

• InstantAtlas Desktop version 6.7.8 needs to be installed. If you do not yet have InstantAtlas Desktop 6.7.8 installed, please see the upgrade instructions in the InstantAtlas Desktop 6.7.8 Release Notes for information on how to download and install this version.
• The computer needs to be connected to the Internet. If for any reason you are not able to connect your computer to the Internet, please get in touch with support@instantatlas.com who will provide you with an alternative way of downloading and installing the templates manually.

Upgrade instructions

1. Open the InstantAtlas Publisher and click ‘Next’ to navigate to the ‘Choose a Template’ screen
2. If the currently installed templates are older than the latest version available in the InstantAtlas Resource Library, a dialog box will automatically appear, notifying you of the release and asking whether you wish to download the new templates now. Confirm this with ‘Yes’.
3. A new dialog box will appear asking you to login using your Resource Library account details.
4. If you have not already registered for an account you should click the ‘click here to register’ option.
5. Once you click ‘OK’ the new templates will automatically be downloaded and saved in the correct folder of your InstantAtlas Desktop installation. A loading bar will indicate progress.
6. You should now see the 6.7.11 HTML templates in the templates drop down list.

Anleitung zum Aktualisieren

1. Öffnen Sie den InstantAtlas Publisher und Klicken Sie auf „Weiter“, um zu dem Schritt „Wählen Sie eine Vorlage“ zu gelangen
2. Wenn die derzeit installierten Vorlagen älter sind, als die aktuellen Vorlagen in der InstantAtlas Ressourcensammlung, so wird ein Dialogfenster erscheinen, das Sie auf die neue Version hinweist und Sie fragt, ob Sie die neuen Vorlagen jetzt herunterladen möchten. Bestätigen Sie dies mit „Ja“.
3. Ein weiteres Dialogfenster wird sichtbar, in dem Sie aufgefordert werden, sich mit Hilfe Ihrer Zugangsdaten für die Ressourcensammlung anzumelden.
4. Falls Sie noch kein Konto besitzen, so sollten Sie die Option „hier registrieren“ anklicken, um sich zu registrieren.
5. Sobald Sie auf „OK“ klicken, werden die neuen Vorlagen automatisch heruntergeladen und im richtigen Ordner Ihrer InstantAtlas Desktop Installation abgespeichert. Ein Fortschrittsbalken zeigt an, wie weit der Vorgang abgelaufen ist.
6. Sie sollten nun die 6.7.11 HTML Vorlagen in der Vorlagen-Auswahlliste sehen.

Instrucciones de actualización

1. Abra InstantAtlas Desktop y haga clic en “Siguiente” para ir a la pantalla “Elija una plantilla”
2. Si las plantillas instaladas actualmente son más antiguos que la versión más reciente disponible en la Zona de Recursos de InstantAtlas, una ventana aparecerá de forma automática con la opción de descargar las nuevas plantillas ahora. Confirmarlo con “Sí”.
3. Aparecerá una nueva ventana para hacer un login a nuestro Zona de Recursos.
4. Si no se ha registrado para una cuenta debe hacer clic en la opción para registrarse.
5. Una vez que se hace clic en “Aceptar” las nuevas plantillas se descargaran y se guardaran en la carpeta correcta de la instalación de InstantAtlas Desktop.
6. Ahora debería ver las plantillas HTML 6.7.11 en la lista desplegable de plantillas.

Compatibility Notes

Compatibility Between Reports of the Same HTML Template but Different Versions

You may wish to publish a version 6.7.11 HTML dynamic report to benefit from the enhancements/bug fixes but retain the data and custom design that you created for an older HTML report. Of the files that contain the data/design, some can be safely copied over from an older report while others cannot. The table in the sections below show which files can safely be copied into a version 6.7.11 report.

Stylesheet (default.css)	Yes, can be copied to a v6.7.11 report. Note that the old style sheet will not contain new settings which were introduced in newer versions.1
Configuration file (config.xml)	Yes, can be copied to a v6.7.11 report. Note that the old configuration file will not contain new settings or components which were introduced in newer versions. If you wish to make use of these, please use the Configuration File Converter within the Resource Library to update your old config.xml file.

¹ If you are using map labels and your old stylesheet is of version 6.6.0 or 6.6.1 you will not be able to copy it into a 6.7.11 report as the labels may not appear as expected.
