The Dashboard Builder home screen is the screen you are presented with immediately after logging in.
The orange ‘New Dashboard’ button in the top banner allows you to create a new dashboard. Please see page Creating a new Dashboard for further information on this.
Below the banner, this screen lists your ArcGIS Online folders, groups (if you are part of any) and also two sample web maps folders. In the top left corner of the screen you can choose to list either Dashboards or Web Maps within the folders. In the top right corner you can choose to show the folders as icons, tiles or as a list.
The two two sample web maps folders will only become available if the Web Maps option is ticked at the top left corner. The folder called ‘Web Maps (Organisation)’ contains any web maps created by other users of your organisational ArcGIS Online account. The folder called ‘Web Maps (InstantAtlas™ Samples)’ contains any Web Maps made available by InstantAtlas for demo purposes.
Click on a folder to open it. Within a folder, you can use the tools in the top right corner of the screen to search for an item by name, and to sort items alphabetically or by date modified.
